I am delighted to invite you to become a sponsor of the 2022 South Australian Science Excellence and Innovation Awards, the state’s premier celebration of science, technology, engineering, mathematics and medicine (STEMM) achievement.
2022 sponsors will directly support the 18th annual awards ceremony and category prizes, aligning their organisation with the state’s brightest STEMM researchers, innovators, and educators.
A key component of the awards program is sharing the stories of our finalists and winners, highlighting the key work underway across South Australia and inspiring the next generation of STEMM talent.
Their stories—shared via traditional and social media—garner great public interest on which our sponsors can capitalise.
For example, on the day of the 2021 awards ceremony, posts published to the South Australian Chief Scientist Twitter page attracted almost 30,000 organic impressions. The hashtag #SAScienceAwards continued to trend on the evening, thanks to the enthusiastic participation of attendees, and each finalist video published post-event was viewed by around 2000 people.
