How to enter

The Nomination Guidelines contain important information on the Awards program, categories and preparing your application including the selection criteria, information on eligibility, the selection process, and requirements for your nomination.

The Nomination Form is the coversheet summary to your application. It has been created as an auto-form, allowing you to type information directly into the form, then either save, print or email the form.

Submitting your application

When submitting your application please include the following:

• Completed and signed nomination form
• A detailed description (maximum of four typed A4 pages, minimum font size 10pt) addressing each selection criteria separately
• A copy of the nominee’s current Curriculum Vitae (maximum of 5 pages) highlighting key achievements, high impact work and publications
• Contact details of the nominee and nominator (or references if it is a self-nomination).
